I hereby declare this website open for business!
Mr Drew, Al and I are happy to announce a new chapter of the Die So Fluid journey in conjunction with the label DR2, a part of Demolition/Global Music Ltd.Seems like it's been a long time coming, but we believe in doing a thing right. We’re now officially signed to DR2 and although this has meant a few adjustments to scheduling, we feel Die So Fluid has finally found a deserving home. You know we don’t trust ‘outsiders’ easily, they mess with our toys and try to steal our pocket money, but these guys passed our psychological tests and seem to fit. They have the wherewithal to wrap our ivy-like tentacles of rock around the world and hold it in an enduring embrace. 'What?' we hear you cry... 'We thought you were fiercely independent and didn't need a label?' Well, we still own the copyright to all our music, but the quest has grown and the ship needs steering. We've licensed to labels in the past and ended up with too many reigns to keep a hold of, the flow suffering as a result. Now we need to be free to do what we do best, make the music you want to hear, in the venues you wanna hear it in!
Die so Fluid really is a global concern now, it’s been a very eventful few months. I've fallen in love and relocated to Hollywood. So what better time for the band to join forces with an operation that's set up worldwide. I haven't just run off to bask in the Hollywood sun and schmooze, (well alriiight maybe a bit....) I've been setting up a home studio and writing, and generally having the balls (or female equivalent) to follow my dreams. The three amigos are fired up more than ever and ready to tour, so see you on the road!
Until then you can expect the first video single download release of ‘Mercury’ on May 10th, and the album June 7th.Finally I want to thank Shelley for working his ass off on the new website and artwork, George for takin’ care of business, and you lot for sticking with us through thick, thin and everything inbetween. Dastardly new shipmates DR2 onboard, welcome ye scallywags, anchors away!

BTW, did you know that Themis was a boutique in L.A. bought by Jim Morrison as a hobby for his wife Pamela Courson? Check these beautiful pics http://iamthechildofthemoon.blogspot.com/2008/08/themis.html
